This service enables your customers to make their bill/invoice payments to you electronically using EasyWeb Internet banking, EasyLine Telephone Banking, Green Machine ATM banking, or at any one of our TD Canada Trust branches.

What type of business is this Service designed for?

Businesses that…
  • collect recurring bill payment obligations from their customers for specific goods or services they have provided
  • meet several criteria including the use of a unique customer payee number with a specific length and format, deposit account is at a Canadian Financial Institution, and support staff are available during regular business hours.

Please note that the Bill Payment Creditor Service is not for money transfer or pre-paid type businesses.

Delivery Options
Fax Transmission

TD Canada Trust will collect your customer payments and fax a detailed payment report directly to you the next business day. The total $ value of the day's payments will be deposited into your bank account at any Financial Institution in Canada.
Bill Payment Receiver Service

For larger volumes of payments you may be interested in our Cash Management Bill Payment Receiver Service. This service enable you to receive the details of bill payments made at TD Canada Trust with those made at other financial institutions across Canada in one consolidated file without you having to invest in expensive technology. Consolidated deposits are made to your TD Canada Trust bank account by each Financial Institution and payment transaction details are delivered to you by your choice of consolidated fax report, electronic report or electronic file.
