3 For cheques drawn on financial institutions in Canada and U.S. Cheques payable in Canadian currency must be deposited to an eligible Canadian dollar account. Cheques payable in U.S. currency must be deposited to an eligible U.S. dollar account.

5 Cheques deposited after 11:59 p.m. (EST) on a business day or on weekends or statutory or bank holidays will be posted to your account the next business day. In each case, availability of funds is subject to applicable hold funds policies. For TD Small Business Banking customers please refer to the Hold Funds Policy on the website. For TD Commercial Banking customers, please refer any questions regarding applicable hold fund policies to your TD Relationship Manager.
